We assist in underwriting each purchase by thoroughly analyzing current cash flows, performing rent surveys, searching for tactics to increase revenue and decrease expenses, and developing projections for future growth. Easing the acquisition process for a client is an important responsibility and we strive to assist in supervising due diligence research including property condition assessments, environmental reports, property management, insurance, financing, surveys, title, etc.
